To help us direct you to the right source, we need your address, phone and if possible, your specific needs: what do you anticipate using a HATIS hearing aid headset for; professional/business, pleasure, cell, cordless, landline phone? It would help us to know your profession, extent of hearing loss and whether you wear BTEs (Behind-the-Ear) or ITE (In-the-Ear) hearing aids and if your company or insurance will be paying for you or you will be buying for your self. If you have the name of your audiologist you prefer to work through and know the contact information, please provide that as well. We want to help you as soon as possible.
