The purchaser
agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of HATIS Corporation.
The warranty shall be voided if the returned product has been tampered
with, abused, taken apart or otherwise utilized in a manner other
than its intended use. The warranty is valid 90 days from original
date of purchase. Warranty implies products are shipped void of
external/internal defects.
Warranty is non-transferable to any person and or entity other than
the purchaser of record. Purchaser understands all HATIS products
are ALD (Assistive Listening Devices) and require the same caution
of care given to any device that provides medical assistance to
the user.
Hardware. Product will be free from defects in workmanship
and materials under normal intended use for 90 days from the date
of original purchase. Dispenser's sole obligation under this express
warranty shall be, at Dispenser's option and expense, to replace
the product or part with a comparable product or part, repair the
product or part, or if neither repair or replacement are reasonably
available, Dispenser, in it's sole discretion, refund to the customer
the purchase price paid for the product or part. Replacement products
or parts may be new or reconditioned. All products or parts that
are replaced become the property of the Dispenser.
Obtaining Warranty Service. ALL PRODUCTS REQUIRING WARRANTY
REPLACEMENT CONSIDERATION MUST BE RETURNED TO AND PROCESSED BY THE PLACE OF PURCHASE. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT TO THE HATIS CORPORATION until you have contacted your sales representative. HATIS and the Dispenser are bit responsible for customer products or parts received without a warranty service authorization number.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return product. Replacement products shall be shipped to customer or Dispenser at factory expense if warranty is found valid HATIS CORPORATION and Dispenser shall not be liable under this warranty if its testing and examination disclose that the alleged defect in the product does not exist or was caused by misuse, neglect, lack of reasonable care, improper installation or testing, unauthorized attempts to open or repair or modify the product, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use, or by accident, fire, floods, lightning, other hazards, or acts of God. Headsets, like hearing aids and eye wear, can in some cases and under certain circumstances by the very nature of their purpose be a discomfort in order to effect their use. While this is rarely the case, the buyer should be aware that while the company has taken every step to make the experience comfortable in addition to useful for the purposes of the headset’s design, no warranty is implied in this instance. If there is any hesitation on the part of the customer that wearing even the lightest headset will be an uncomfortable offset to hearing usage, then the customer is responsible for pre-testing all products through his or her hearing dispenser before buying. This warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches on the outer casing.
Your warranty is automatically voided if returned HATIS®
products have been tampered with, abused, taken apart or otherwise
utilized in any fashion other than their intended use, including
conditions not the fault of HATIS Corporation.
Terms:
- Warranty
applies to original end-user only and is non-transferable
- All HATIS
products are shipped free of external/cosmetic defects, therefore
not subject to warranty coverage
- All returns
must be processed through the party from which they were purchased
- If you do
not have access to the company from whom you have purchased your
product, fax (952-736-1524) or email (UHEARME@HATIS.com) copy of your invoice and detailed grievance to HATIS with your email address and / or fax number
- Customer is responsible
for shipping cost to return the warranty item. HATIS will not
charge you for labor, replacement or factory return if warranty applies
to your return.
